Today we would like to share a very quick update on our shipping progress and future plans.
1. Unsuccessful deliveries

As you know three weeks ago we finished sending out all the Mezmoglobe rewards. In such quantity there are always some unsuccessful shipments due to various reasons, but no worries- we are super active to resolve them all. Every week we receive few packages that are sent back to us and we reach out to those backers immediately.

2. Your Feedback continues
I know that I already mentioned this :)) But really, as a creator and a designer I am so happy to receive your positive feedback. Hearing your stories about how people stand in a line to check out Mezmoglobe that is left on a reception table or how husband and wife can't decide who will take their globe to work desk, just makes me smile. Knowing that Mezmoglobe can bring a little joy in someones day is the best reward to me and my team!
3. Our future plans
As mentioned in previous update we are working on our own online shop for Mezmoglobe and also we have started to collaborate with other distributors who will help us to expand our brand.

Many of you asked about our future projects- as a designer I constantly have new ideas and brainstorming is one of my daily tasks:) As for now I have few products in the prototyping stage and hopefully those will be successful. It is one thing to have an awesome idea in your head and another to actually create a functional product. Anyhow, we will keep you updated :)

We are happy to announce that this week we finished the Mezmoglobe fulfillment which means that all the rewards have been sent out!!! This was a crazy month for us but we did it- in less than 25 days we shipped out more than 10 000 globes to almost 6000 people around the World.
What if I haven't received my globe yet?
Please don't worry if your reward has not arrived yet- a lot of shipments have been sent out in the past two weeks and it takes some time for packages to get delivered. We have sent a shipping email to everyone after their reward was sent out. If you haven't received your reward within 12 days after you received the shipping email please contact us via email [email protected] and we will provide more detailed tracking for your reward!
What is included in each package

MEZMOGLOBE IS READY TO USE STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX THOUGH IT MAY NEED A COUPLE OF SPINS TO TURN IN THE BEARING AND ACHIEVE THE PERFECTLY SMOOTH ROTATION. WE RECOMMEND TO SPIN IT CLOCKWISE AND COUNTERCLOCKWISE FOR A COUPLE OF TIMES AT A VERY FAST PACE.

We have already received tons of positive feedback from backers who got their globes. It simply makes us happy to know that all the hard work has paid off. The best reward for us is to know that our products can bring a small dose of excitement in someones life:) Thank you.

What's next for Mezmoglobe
We are so grateful to all of you for helping to making this dream come true and bringing a new product to the market. The next step for us will be to open our own shop on our homepage www.mezmoglobe.com. We are also waiting for full design patent registration which will allow us to shut down every possible knockoff and keep our original design fully protected.
We have big plans for Mezmoglobe and we will keep you updated how they realize;)

More than half shipped 💥
We know that you can't wait for the shipping news so let's get straight to it:
1.Exactly how many and what rewards have been shipped?
So far we have shipped out 2700 rewards. All 2700 rewards are from the ''1xMezmoglobe'' reward levels. We chose our shipping structure based on the fastest possible option we can realize. It means that the most of the rewards are shipped out in the shortest possible time period. All other rewards are in the process and very soon will be shipped out as well.

2.How to know if my reward has been shipped out?
You will get a personal message to your Kickstarter associated email after your reward is sent out.(Please check your spam box as well). If you haven't received the email, please be a bit more patient- your reward will be sent out very soon. We will keep posting regular updates on the shipping progress as well.
3.Question about your shipment?
After your reward is sent out you will receive all the necessary shipping information in the email. If you have any other specific questions about your shipment please reach out to our email: [email protected]
Instruction page
The Mezmoglobe instruction page https://www.mezmoglobe.com/instructions is in the creation process and will be fully finished soon. For now we have updated it with the videos from our previous desk toy project Vortecon so don't get confused. Vortecon had the exact same bearing installation process so they will work for both of our desk toys. At the moment it is crazy busy here and we set our priority on the shipping process. However, we will make sure that all promised aspects are fulfilled at the end;)
